ABOUT

Hello, I'm Angela

When I began coaching I thought my experiences made me highly unique.

But the more amazing people I get to work with, the more I appreciate how we are all juggling multiple roles and stressors in our daily lives. These challenges may not feel like positives at the time, but when we slow down and focus on being mindful we can recognize the opportunity exists to plant seeds of strength and resiliency.

Our lives will never be without challenges but how we respond to these challenges is far more critical to our health and wellbeing.

I live outside of Washington, D.C., with my husband and my two beautiful boys. Our family enjoys quality time together, being outdoors, and cycling.

New milestones come quickly with two young children and we are busy all the time. I’ve experienced many challenging transitions in my own life over the last five years, retiring from the military after 24 years, becoming a wife, raising a child who is visually impaired, working as a government professional helping fellow veterans succeed in new careers, and now, a certified health and wellness coach.

Lifelong Learner

I’ve experienced first hand how hard life's transitions can be, and they have been difficult for me as well.

Finding yourself takes grace, kindness, and patience. I know that when we just slow down and focus on being mindful we can better curate the moments life puts in front of us.

Wellness coaching has taught me that walking alongside clients on their journey in life empowers and creates the opportunities that they need.

My passion for service to others has always been an integral part of who I am.
